Complete and sign a consent form that will allow your participation in the study 

You will be receiving a link from REDCAP to complete a questionnaire related to your GCT, health, education, demographics, etc.

This will just involve giving us your consent so we can access medical information related to your GCT.

We will mail you a kit and you can either take it to a clinic for collection or arrange an in-home blood sample collection to mail back to us.

You will work with someone on our study team who will set up a virtual video meeting with you to complete the hearing assessment.
